During sessions, you will be in a room with cozy chairs, allowing you to recline and unwind. While there may be others present in the system, we encourage you to take this time for introspection and relaxation. Feel free to bring your earphones if you wish to listen to your own music. The ambiance will be set with dim lights (outside the machines) and soothing music, fostering a complete sense of surrender and letting go. Many have likened the experience to a mini retreat.
